Resistor
You play as a public enemy, pursued by a police force who answer to none but themselves, and must prove your innocence before you are caught to escape the clutches of "justice".
The city belongs to the officers, but those looking to evade the long arm of the law can find respite in the safehouses and sewers. After all, there is more than one way to go underground...
