Wow great work! I wouldn't think a metroidvania could be pulled off in a game jam, but the world is kept simple enough to explore the core mechanics.

Thanks for releasing the source! Looks like there's some cool stuff going on in there. I'm especially interested in how the levels were put together, they look like tilemaps, but radial of course. Gonna find out...

EDIT: You built a level editor, brilliant!

Really enjoyed this, and just a MASSIVE thank you for the code, I wanna know how you did the planets and walking around them, but see the source code is here to learn! Just fantastic :)

I like this concept! However, it seems the game allows players to pick up keys and then instantly die, but still possess them. I am not sure if this is what you intended

great game but the controls are confusjing and i think it would have been better with a camera that rotates

Hey, I really enjoyed the game, pretty cool atmosphere, nice concept, unique gameplay and interesting lore. But...the scene transitions are working too bad(, the sound starts to replay a lot, the scene loads tooooo long. But overall nice game!

Hi, everyone. I've added the "speedrun" tag to the game, having found myself running through it a few times today and finding a few neat ways to shave seconds off my time. This one is the best I got recorded:

I think it might actually be possible to get this under one minute, since it's possible to save several seconds at 0:40, by jumping and dashing immediately when you enter that room.

I really liked your game!  It's one where the defeat drives you forward (in the best way possible)

Hey guys. I played your games before, so I came back to play more. I love your new game. When I was younger, I read "The Little Prince" by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry. This game reminds me of the novel. I love art, puzzles, and narrative. I finished it in less than 10 minutes and died 47 times. I recorded a video about my experience. Here it is if you want to check it out:

Thank you for playing! Really glad you enjoyed it.

Ey so I downloaded your game just now, but I can't seem to figure out how to start the game lol. I'm stuck in the screen saver part.

Sorry, should have made that clearer! You control the character on the title screen. Move to the door with the arrow keys.

oooohhhhh ok lol.  Welp imma start playing.
