Why yes, I did just release a patch for a game I haven't touched in three years. Amongst a couple other small changes, this update:

• Tweaks the BGM in the engine room so it's no longer deafening
• Adds an "anomaly spike" indicator in the engine room
• Prevents the final boss from respawning if you re-enter its room having already destroyed it
• Prevents the self-destruct sequence from breaking if you leave the final boss' room too quickly after destroying it
