Harriet Fox and the Phantom Exotica

Lyme Regis, 1895. An ancient manor, besieged by rain and howling winds, awaits the auction of a legendary artefact: the skull of an Ichthyosaur. But in the dead of night, a visitor to the mansion steals through its halls, intent on seizing the fossil for themselves.
Play as Harriet Fox, the consulting detective, as she pieces together the mystery of the missing skull. Discover clues and test your mettle against the testimony of fools and liars, as you uncover an intricate tale that stretches across the years...
Controls
Most of the game is played with the mouse, but you can use the arrow keys to change lines, and Backspace to fast-forward.

Very fun! Agree that adding some characters around the room would bring a little more life to the game. Really clever overall!
A good mystery with a fulfilling ending even if it's not a... classic type of resolution. I wonder what are the cases that got Harriet in the papers... ;)

Very fun game, thanks for sharing. The story was interesting and well paced.
The only thing I would change is adding some characters to the room to focus on while the dialog is running. It also took me a moment to realize that you were only meant to match the evidence with specific lines in the testimony, but this might have been my fault.
Is there more than one ending to find?
